We are looking to form a steering committee with representatives who reflect the many diverse voices of the town.  To plan for the future growth of Woodfin, the first step is to form a steering committee to help staff guide that work.  A comprehensive plan is as a broad, long-range planning tool for the community.  A comprehensive plan is not limited to studying land use components – it can include other areas of focus such as safety, public health, affordability, multi-generational needs, equity, and more.  All interested persons should complete the application and return to Planning@Woodfin-NC.gov by November 10, 2021.
