The Town currently has four picnic shelters that can be rented, there is 1 shelter at Roy Pope Memorial Park, 1 shelter at Riverside Park and 2 shelters at Silver-Line Park.  The cost to reserve a shelter is $33 for a 3-hour block and $11 for each additional hour.  Reservations are not required to use the shelters, but strongly recommended in order to guarantee usage of the shelter on a specific date and time.  If a shelter is not reserved, it can be used on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are 2 ways to reserve a shelter:

Option 1: Come to Town Hall and fill out the paperwork and make payment.

Option 2: Submit the completed rental form to Clerk@Woodfin-NC.gov.  Once we have received the form, we will send you a link through Square to make your payment online.  Once we receive payment confirmation, we will complete your reservation, and add it to the reservation calendar.
